| Description | Specific for Ets-like protein-1 (ELK-1) when phosphorylated at serine 383. The specificity of this antibody has been shown by blocking studies in Western blotting, whereby staining was blocked by the phosphopeptide. No blocking was seen by the corresponding non-phosphopeptide.Species Cross Reactivity: Human, mouse and rat (100% identity with immunogen sequence). |
