| Description | Recognizes HLA Class 1 Antigen B27. Affinity studies by Scatchard analysis showed that HLA-B27 antibody has a higher affinity for HLA-B27 (9.7 x 10e8M-1) than for HLA B7 (9.5 x 10e7 M-1).
