| Description | Histone H2B Antibody (aa118-126) LS-C24282. Recognizes and is specific for Histone H2B, Mr ~15kD. An additional band at 23kD is detected in some samples, which likely corresponds to ubiquityl-Histone H2B. Species cross-reactivity: Human, chicken and Xenopus. Others not tested. Broad species cross-reactivity expected based on sequence homology. |
