Specificity: Reacted strongly with both the full length NT and biologically active NT fragment indicating that NT8-13 is also the major antigenic determinant on NT. No significant sequence homology exist with other neuromedins. Species cross-reactivity: Human. The human sequence shows is completely conserved in human, mouse, rat, bovine, canine and 92% in G. pig. |
