| Description | Recognizes human C1s. In immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony) against fresh normal human plasma a single precipitin line is obtained which shows a reaction of identity with the precipitin line obtained with purified C1s protein. May also react with complexes containing C1q. No reaction is obtained with C1q, C1r or any other plasma protein component or serum. Does not crossreact with any other component of human plasma. |
