| Description | Recognizes Human IgG, IgA and IgM (all Human immunoglobulin subclasses and chain combinations). Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Texas Red and anti-goat serum. No reaction was detected against anti-goat IgG F(c), anti-pepsin or other human serum proteins. |
