| Description | Detects endogenous levels of human cdc2, cdk2 and cdk5 only when catalytically inactivated by phosphorylation at Tyr15. Shows no crossreactivity with cdk4, cdk6 or cdk7. It does detect the yeast homologue of cdc2 (cdc28) when phosphorylated at Tyr19. Species Crossreactivity: Monkey, mouse, rat and Xenopus. |
