IgG was prepared by ammonium sulfate, and column chromatography (Sephadex, and DEAE-ion exchange columns).The resulting preparation was judged to be >95% pure by IEP and SDS- PAGE. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA for coating or as a non-immune control for ELISA, Dot Blot, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. |
