Description: mRNA Kit is composed of two elements: (1) RNAexol I, and RNAexol II, which can be used for isolation of total RNA from a broad spectrum of cell and tissue types such as human tissue, plant tissue, yeast and bacterial, and (2) mRNA isolation reagents for purification of mRNA from up to 10mg of total RNA.
