| Description | Recognizes mouse ephrin-A4 protein. Reactivity is con?rmed with a chimeric protein consisting of the extracellular domain of human ephrin-A4 and the Fc region of human IgG1. Crossreactivity with human ephrin-A4 is also con?rmed with IHC experiments on human tissue sections and this reactivity was expected because of the 80% shared amino acid identity in the extracellular domains. |
