| Description | The mouse Progranulin BioAssay™ ELISA kit is a sandwich Enzyme Linked-Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) for quantitative determination of human progranulin in biological fluids. Sample Type: Serum and Cell culture supernatants. Sensitivity: The lowest level of progranulin that can be detected by this assay is 60pg/ml. Range: 0.125-8ng/ml Specificity: Recognizes natural and recombinant mouse Progranulin. It does not cross-react with mouse RBP4, mouse adiponectin, mouse Nampt, mouse leptin, mouse RELM-beta, mouse IL-33, mouse IDO, mouse resistin, mouse clusterin, mouse ANGPTL3, mouse ANGPTL4, human vaspin, human adiponectin, human progranulin, rat Nampt. Test Principle: A polyclonal antibody specific for progranulin has been precoated onto the 96-well microtiter plate.
