Induces a b-cell-like state in pancreatic a-cells and induces insulin expression. Increases the endocrine cell content and function of donor human pancreatic islets in culture. BRD-7389 blocks muscarinic acetylcholine receptor-stimulated RSK activation and subsequent proliferation of SNU-407 colon cancer cells. |
