| Description | Recognizes human Jo-1 Antigen. Shows only the Jo-1 precipitin band when tested using double immunodiffusion against rabbit thymus extract. Specificity is verified using CDC-AF refrence serum in immunodiffusion test. Shows no reactivity at a dilution of 1:100 when tested against purified SSA, Sm/RNP, Scl-70, SSB, and Sm antigens. |
