| Description | Purity >98% by HPLC. EHop-016 is an analog of NSC-23766 that acts as a potent inhibitor of Rac GTPase (IC50 = 1.1 µM for Rac1). The IC50 of 1.1 MM for Rac inhibition by EHop-016 is ~100-fold lower than for NSC-23766. EHop-016 is specific for Rac1 and Rac3 at concentrations of =5 MM. At higher concentrations, EHop-016 inhibits the close homolog Cdc42. |
