| Description | Recognizes human CARD4 (Nod1). Human control peptide sequence is 89% conserved in mouse Nod1. It has no significant homology with ced-3/4, Apaf-1, Nod-2 or other proteins. Control peptide (C1340-01), because of its low MW (<3kD), is not suitable for Western Blot. It should be used for ELISA or antibody blocking experiments (use 5-10 ug control peptide per 1 ug of aff pure IgG) to confirm antibody specificity. |
