| Description | Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-rabbit serum. Solid phase adsorption(s) against a panel of Mouse IgG kappa, IgM kappa and IgA kappa proteins was performed. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA.. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes. |
