| Description | Recognizes recognizes the proform of human caspase-9 (~50kD), and the large (~35kD) subunit of active/cleaved Caspase-9. It does not recognize the small (~15kD) subunit of active/cleaved Caspase-9. Intermediate caspase-9 cleavage forms may also be seen at ~21kD. |
