| Description | Antigen-Down HRP Conjugate Stabilizer is a unique formulation specifically designed for use with anti-IgG-HRP conjugates. This stabilizing diluent contains proprietary non-mammalian protein additives that will not interfere with anti-IgG-HRP conjugates used in for antigen-down immunoassays or sandwich ELISA formats. These additives provide additional structural stability to the IgG-HRP conjugate protein complex. Antigen-Down HRP Conjugate Stabilizer will also inhibit conjugate binding to nonspecific serum proteins bound to the plate, reducing conjugate bridging on the plate surface and background noise. |
