| Description | Purity ~95% by SDS-PAGE (silver stain). Integrin alphaV, beta5 affinity-purified using monoclonal antibodies against the protein. Two bands are identified with silver stain, corresponding to alphaV (145kD) and beta5 (90kD) subunits under nonreducing conditions. Interacts with vitronectin in ELISA. Product negative for HIV, HBsAg, syphilis, and hepatitis. Applications: Suitable for use in Ligand Binding Studies, Electrophoresis and Immunoblot (nonreduced conditions). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. |
