| Description | Purity ~95% by SDS-PAGE (silver stain). Purified by affinity chromatography. Integrin alpha V beta 5 was purified from human placenta by affinity chromatography using immobilized monoclonal antibodies to alpha V beta 5 integrin. Applications: Suitable for use in Electrophoresis, Western Blot and Ligand Binding studies. Storage and Stabilty: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. |
