| Description | The Quantikine Human VEGF Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid phase ELISA designed to measure VEGF165 levels in cell culture supernates, serum, and plasma. It contains Sf 21-expressed recombinant human VEGF165 and antibodies raised against the recombinant protein. Results obtained for naturally occurring human VEGF and recombinant human VEGF121 showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine Human VEGF Immunoassay standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural human VEGF. Range: 15.60 - 1000 pg/mL (Cell Culture Supernates), 31.30 - 2000 pg/mL (Serum, Heparin Plasma, Citrate Plasma, EDTA Plasma). Sensitivity: 5 pg/mL (Cell Culture Supernates), 9 pg/mL (Serum, Heparin Plasma, Citrate Plasma, EDTA Plasma). Time: 4.5 hours |
