Molecular Weight: ~34kD, 57kD Specific Activity: 203pmol/min/ug Assay Conditions: Assay was done in a Kinase buffer using Histone H1 (Cell Signaling; 0.1mg/ml at final concentration) as a substrate with 20uM ATP at 30oC for 45 min. Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. |
