| Description | On SDS-PAGE commassie blue stained gel, the purified recombinant protein shows a band at 48kD. CD23 (48-248 a.a.) is a 45kD glycoprotein, which is present on a subpopulation of freshly isolated peripheral blood and tonsil B cells and strongly expressed on EBV-transformed B lymphoblasts. The CD23 molecule is identical to the low affinity IgE receptor found on B cells. Expression of CD23 has been detected in neoplastic cells from cases of B cell chronic lymphocyctic leukemia and some cases of centroblastic/centrocytic lymphoma. Applications: • ELISA • Inhibition Assays • Western Blotting Stability: Store vial at -20oC to -80oC. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles. |
