| Product Name | CD79A, Recombinant, Human, aa33-143, His-tag |
| Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE). CD79A, also known as B-cell antigen receptor complex-associated protein alpha chain isoform 1, is a membrane-spanning, signal-transducing components of the B-cell receptor. It plays multiple and diverse roles in B cell development and function. It can be a cause of agammaglobulinemia. It is upregulated on MDSCs and activated in response to soluble factors secreted by tumor cells. It plays a functional role in the tumor promoting effects of myeloid cells, and may represent a novel target for cancer therapy. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa33-143 from human CD79A, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~13.6kD (119aa), 18-28kD (SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions) Endotoxin: <1EU/1ug (determined by LAL method) AA |
