| Description | High Mobility Group Protein B1 (HMGB1) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a quantitative sandwich assay for the detection of HMGB1 in mouse serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 15.63-1000pg/ml Sensitivity: 9.38pg/ml Precision: Intra-Assay %CV: <10% Inter-Assay %CV: <10% Specificity: Recognizes natural and some recombinant mouse HMGB1. No significant crossreactivity or interference between mouse HMGB1 and analogues was observed. Test Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to HMGB1. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to HMGB1. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Free components are washed away.
