| Description | Intended use: The Porcine Trypsin (TRY) ELISA, ECL Kit is a sensitive chemiluminescent sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the in vitro quantitative measurement of TRY in porcine serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Test Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to TRY. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to TRY. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The addition of substrates A and B mixture generates glow light emission kinetics. Upon plate development, the intensity of the emitted light is proportional to the TRY level in the sample or standard.
