| Product Name | TNFRSF10A, Recombinant, Human, aa24-239, His-tag |
| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). TNFRSF10A, also known as tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 10A, is a cell surface receptor of the TNF-receptor superfamily that binds TRAIL. This receptor is activated by tumor necrosis factor- related apoptosis inducing ligand (TNFSF10/TRAIL), and thus transduces cell death signal and induces cell apoptosis. Studies with FADD-deficient mice suggested that FADD, a death domain containing adaptor protein, is required for the apoptosis mediated by this protein. Recombinant human TNFRSF10A, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa24-239 of human TNFRSF10A, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~23.9kD (224aa), ~18-28kD (SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions) Endotoxin: <1EU/1ug (determined by LAL method) AA |
