| Description | Chondroitin 4 Sulfate Antibody LS-C79281. Specificity: Reacts with both mouse (fetal and adult) and human (fetal and adult) chondroitinase ABC digested cartilage proteoglycans. Chondroitin-4 sulfate disaccharides successfully inhibit the binding of monoclonal antibody to proteoglycans. No reaction with native proteoglycans or with proteoglycans digested with either chondroitinase AC or testicular hyaluronidase. Species cross-reactivity: bovine, sheep, canine and rat. |
