| Description | Recognizes rat NG2 Chondroitin Sulfate Proteoglycan between ~270-300kD. Reacts with both the intact Chondroitin Sulfate Proteoglycan and the core protein by Western Blot and ELISA. When oligodendrocyte pecurser cells (O-2A progenitor cells) are stained alive, the stain appears as clusters on the cell surface. Does not stain diferentatied oligodendrocytes well. Species Crossreactivity: human, mouse and monkey. |
