| Description | Reacts with dopamine from all species. Has an affinity constant of Kd=1x10e-6M for Dopamine-BSA. Unconjugated catecholamines (dopamine, noradrenaline, and adrenaline) are recognized with much lower affinity. Other Dopamine analogs and metabolites are not recognized. Inhibits dopamine binding to D2-receptor at 1uM. |
