| Description | Recognizes Dopamine. Affinity (kD) for DA-BSA is 10e-8 and 10e-7 for NA-BSA. Affinity for unconjugated catecholamines (dopamine, noradrenaline, adrenaline) is lower (Kd is about 10e-4). At 1uM, it inhibits dopamine binding to D-2 receptor in membrane P-2 fraction from human Corpus striatum. |
