| Description | Recognizes Catacholamine. Affinity (kD) for DA-BSA is 10e-8. Affinity (kD) for NA-BSA is 10e-7. Affinity (kD) for unconjugated catecholamines (dopamine, noradrenaline, adrenaline) is about 10e-4. At 1uM, it inhibits dopamine binding to D-2 receptor in membrane P-2 fraction from human Corpus striatum. |
