| Description | ITGA4 / VLA-4 / CD49d Antibody (FITC) LS-C45444. Recognizes CD49d, also known as integrin alpha 4 subunit, which associates with either integrin beta 1 (to form VLA-4) or beta 7. CD49d is expressed by lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils and thymocytes. VLA-4 mediates cell adhesion to VCAM-1 and fibronectin. Clone 44H6 is reported to induce homotypic aggregation. XXX has not confirmed this work. |
