| Description | Recognizes human Mitochondria at 62kD in Western Blot of subcellular fractions enriched in mitochondrial fractions. Shows a moderate titer by ELISA to the immunogen peptide, but no presenilin 1 bands are observed by Western Blot. Immuno- cytochemistry with M3985-05 revealed a mitochondria-like staining that was still present after exhaustive preabsorption with the peptide. The staining co-localizes with M3985-06.
