| Description | NOS3 / eNOS Antibody (aa1202-1205) LS-C37759. Recognizes the 135-140kD protein endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS, NOS III). Species cross-reactivity: 100% in mouse, bovine (15/15 aa). Species sequence homology: 93% in rat (14/15 aa) and 86% in porcine (13/15 aa). No significant sequence homology is seen with NOS-1/NOS-2 or other proteins. |
