| Description | NOS3 / eNOS Antibody (N-Terminus) LS-C37750. Recognizes heNOS (2-11Cys 12) and recombinant heNOS (NOS type III). The reactivity of heNOS (cap-2-11Cys 12) and recombinant myristoylated heNOS (myristoylated NOS type III) is 50%. Does not react to recombinant hnNOS (NOS type I) and recombinant hiNOS (type II). Specific for the amino terminal of heNOS. It recognizes the non-myristoylated form best, but does cross-react ~50% with the myristoylated form of heNOS. |
