| Description | CREBBP / CREB Binding Protein Antibody (clone NM11) LS-C95560. Specificity: stains with a 300 kD protein. P300 and CBP (CREB-binding protein) are homologous to each other. P300 is transcriptional adapter protein, which is characterized by three cysteine and histidine-rich regions. Protein kinase A mediated CREB phosphorylation results in the binding of CREB to a 265 kD nuclear protein designated CBP. This antibody cross reacts with monkey, mink, mouse and rat. |
