In ICC/IF, membrane staining was observed in HeLa cells. In IHC-P, strong membrane staining was observed in mouse pancreas tissue. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. |
