This LKB1 antibody is useful for Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, IHC-paraffin embedded sections and Western blot. In Western blot a band is detected 48 kDa in human testes. In IHC-P, staining was observed in the nucleus and cytoplasm of mouse stomach. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. In ICC/IF, nuclear staining was observed in HepG2 cells. |
