In Western Blot a band is seen 15 kDa in C. elegans embryo nuclear extract, HeLa histone prep, and NIH 3T3 histone prep lysates. In ICC/IF, nuclear staining was observed in HeLa cells. In ChIP, increased amplification of actively transcribed loci was seen in HeLa chromatin. |
