| Applications | Peptide ELISA. WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 70 kDa band in human brain (cerebellum and frontal cortex) lysates after 0.7 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe. The precursor of this glycoprotein has a calculated size of 91.9 kDa band according to NP_003803.1. The 70 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. |
