Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of approx. 110kDda according to NP_055467. Not tested in other applications. Recommended Starting Dilution:* ELISA (peptide): 1:16,000 WB: 1ug/ml *Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user. |
