| Applications | Immunohistochemistry, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin. Electron Microscopy. Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin embedded): use for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 1mM EDTA, pH 8.0, for 10 - 20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Note that 1mM EDTA, pH 8.0 is better than 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for unmasking the epitope. |
