| Applications | Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry. Clone U-6 binds single and two-chain uPA, uPA/PAI-1 complex and uPA/uPAR complex. A reaction is seen with the amino terminal fragment (ATF) but not with LMW uPA. Clone U-6 reacts with reduced and non-reduced uPA in Western blotting. It inhibits the enzymatic activity of uPA in the fibrin plate assay. Clone U-6 can be used on frozen sections in immunohistochemistry applications (7). |
