This NQO1 Antibody (A180) is useful for Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin-embedded sections and Flow Cytometry. In Western blot a band can be seen at 31 kDa representing NQO1. In ICC/IF, cytoplasmic staining was observed in U2OS cells. In IHC-P, staining was observed in the cytoplasm of human breast cancer tissue. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. |
