| Description | LMNA / Lamin A+C Antibody (N-Terminus) LS-C25083. Detects endogenous levels of the small fragment of lamin A when cleaved by caspase-6 at Asp230. It is a marker of caspase-6 activity. Detects the small fragment of lamin A/C only when cleaved at Asp230. Does not cross-react with full length lamin A (nor with lamin C). Species cross-reactivity: Mouse and rat. |
