WB: Approx. 45 kDa band observed in mouse heart lysates and in mouse and rat adrenal gland lysates (calculated MW of 42.6 kDa band according to mouse NP_473429.2 and 47.1 kDa band according to rat NP_)001269253.1. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 15 kDa band in the adrenal gland lysates. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. This batch is not expected to cross-react with Human in Western blot. |
